Privacy policy

This policy covers what Fernmark Health Group, LLC collects on eneurozen.com, why, and what we refuse to do with it. Short version: we collect what an order requires, and we do not sell data. Effective August 2026.

Collected, and why

Your name, shipping address, email, and phone number, used to fulfill orders, send tracking, and answer support requests. Order history, used to honor the 60-day promise. Basic, aggregate site analytics (pages viewed, rough region), used to fix what confuses people.

Never collected by us

Full card numbers never touch our servers; payment is handled by the encrypted checkout processor, which shares only a confirmation and the last four digits with us. We do not collect health records, and anything you volunteer in a review is published only with the name format you chose.

Shared with

Carriers (USPS, UPS) receive your shipping details. The payment processor receives what payment requires. Nobody else, no data brokers, no advertising list rentals, no exceptions short of a lawful court order.

Cookies

A small session cookie remembers your package selection and whether you dismissed the order bar. No cross-site tracking pixels ride along.

Your choices

Email care@eneurozen.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you; deletion requests complete within 30 days except records tax law requires us to keep. Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects order emails like tracking.
